The Perfect Sunday

This is how we spent our Sunday.

Bath time and a hair cut for Pico.

I love my dogs and you're probably going to hear more than you want to about them but too bad. I don't have cute kids to show off, right now these are my kids and I'm okay with that. I think every dog owner has a special relationship with their dog, they are part of the family. These two little loves are our family and they like to assist with helping to prepare us for kids. They get up in the middle of the night throwing up, after I put their toys away they take every one of them back out and spread them all over the floor, they need hair cuts more than I do, they get sick and have to go to the doctor (vet) because they ate something they weren't supposed to that made them sick (rabbit poop), Charlie just began wearing diapers...

and Pico likes to get dirty so he can have a bath right before I need to leave for work...and how can you even get mad at that face? You can't.

but most of all they just want nothing more than to be loved and cuddled. That I can do.

I had to show them off a little. :)

After giving both dogs a bath, which is a two hour process. Jim and I went over to my Dad's house for his birthday dinner along with my sis and her kids. It is his birthday today! I love my dad to pieces and we had a perfect time celebrating with him.

Then we came home and played a game. Our new obsession...Bananagrams (and a glass of wine). Seriously LOVE this game!  If you've never played, you need to. Warning: you may get addicted.

It was the perfect Sunday. Relaxed and full of people (and animals) I love. Now I'm ready for Wednesday. The Lion King at the Orpheum! SOO EXCITED!!
Have a good week people.
