Welcome to our porch.

Our porch is pretty much complete. This was one of the house projects that we did very slowly! We started it last year with tiling the floor and then took a break for the winter and then this summer we slowly added pieces. Not that it's really that big of an area, but for whatever reason we took our sweet time. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Here are some pics.

Ikea shelf that I turned sideways to make a bench, added some baskets and sewed a cushion. I need to make a fuller cushion for it, but this one will do for now.

Now I'm ready to change it all out for fall decorations! I even thought ahead when sewing the cushion and made the fabric removable so that I can change it out with the seasons. Some times I have genius ideas. I bought a "fall" sent candle yesterday and it's been lit ever since. I'm so ready for the season change!
