Yep, I'm one of those people...

You know the ones who sew their own clothes and wear them. I did it. Still not sure how to feel about it but I saw this pin on Pinterest and had to try it because the dress was just too cute. It was super easy. I made the long one after work last night and wore it to work today. It only took about an hour and it didn't even have any holes or tears in it! :) So I tried out the short one tonight after work and it was just as easy (minus the hemming part.) I'm not so good at that but all in all it's not too shabby. I'm a bigger fan of the belt with them rather than the sashes, but either way their cute.

    I am totally one of those people lol. I use my (old)clothes for new projects all the time :) I actually found you because I'm getting ready to make a maxi myself. Yours is so beautiful :)
