New favorite sport!

My cousin and I went out paddle boarding yesterday and neither of us fell off of our boards!! *insert round of applause* It was her first time out and my first time out on a lake. I tried it in the ocean when the hubs and I went to Florida a few years back and it was a total failure. I couldn't even get on to the board let alone stand on it. I think the massive waves may have had something to do with that. But, this time we rocked it! We were out for two hours and made our way through three lakes, Lake Calhoun, Lake of the Isles, and Cedar Lake. Go us! Investing in a paddle board may be in my future. This is definitely my new favorite sport, too bad I waited until the end of the summer to give it another go.

No, I did not bring my phone or camera out onto the lake, (even though I could have because I was awesome and didn't fall off) we took pictures when we got back to prove that we did it.
