Thankful

Thanksgiving was different this year. It was the first year in MANY that I got to spend the holiday with my Dad. I haven't spent a Thanksgiving with him since I graduated high school, he usually spends the holiday at his cabin and this year he got wild and crazy and changed things up and I'm so glad he did. It was a small immediate family get together that was perfect (except for not having my mom there). Still trying to figure out how this hole divorced family thing works even though it's been years, the holiday's are the trickiest part.

Anyways....it was a blur of too much food, football, Black Friday adds, silly kids, and more food. I go to each holiday with my camera ready and the intention to take some great memorable photos and then I get too engrossed in the conversations and giving my full on attention to the million "I show Auntie" and "Auntie, watch this" moments that I never remember to actually take the pictures. So this is all I have for you...

I'm also linking up with Grace over at Camp Patton for What I Wore to Thanksgiving Dinner. I had good intentions to have someone actually take a pic of my outfit but that never happened, so I quick snapped one with my phone before I passed out in a turkey coma after I got home.

Outfit details:
