Gobble, Gobble

I got crafty tonight, well sort of...I baked. These adorable turkey cupcakes I saw on Pinterest inspired me to make my own. I ran into a bit of a dilemma when it came to the "feathers" aka candy corn. You see, no stores Target does not sell candy corn anymore. And since I'm such a planner and had this baking project planned for a whole hour before I did it I didn't have candy corn and had to improvise, so I used M&Ms. They worked alright and now I have lots of blue ones left over for me to eat! :)

After I made one I sent a picture text to my sis and asked "does this look like a turkey" her response was "kind of". So I called and told her to show my 7 yr. old niece and see what she thought, well she was already in bed so the 2 yr. old got to weigh in with her opinion. She decided it was....an apple. So then I had her ask her hubby what he thought it was...a duck. So, now I ask your opinion...please feel free to weigh in on my not so turkey looking cupcakes. What do you think they look like?
